The 3/50 Project...Support Your Community & help save the Independent, Local Stores...Learn How.
What three independently owned businesses would you miss if they disappeared? Stop in. Say hello. Pick up something that brings a smile. Your purchases are what keep those businesses around.
50...
If half the employed population spent $50 each month in locally owned independent businesses, it would generate more than $42.6 billion* in revenue [$25 each month would be 21.3 billion]. Imagine the positive impact if ¾ the employed population did that
68...
For every $100 spent in locally owned independent store, $68 returns to the community through taxes, payroll, and other expenditures. If you spend that in a national chain, only $43 stays here. Spend it online and nothing comes home.
1 ...
The number of people it takes to start the trend…you.

Why am i supporting this?
i'm supporting this because i believe in small businesses. not only do i believe in them, but i support the people who work hard every day to make sure I have the best experience when I shop in their stores. there's nothing like walking in a store and hearing the owner say, "Good morning Charmaine" because the owners have built a relationship with you through the years. that's special ! these are the people who keep our neighborhoods going. think about the low prices and great quality these small businesses offer. not only have they offered you great quality and good prices but also great service.
These small businesses need our help. the larger companies are running them out of business. so, what are you going to do about it? we need these small business now more than ever. we can help each other. they offer us low prices and good quality items, and we shop in their stores to keep them alive. small businesses are what makes a community thrive. please help your local independent businesses. this is a perfect way to show them how much we appreciate their service. so remember, stop by your favorite local independent businesses today and say hello!
